Walked the treadmill 1.2 miles in 30 minutes… without any stops or pauses. Then did 11900 pounds of strength training. The Fitlinxx equates it to “elephants” lifted.  The workout notebook  says I have lifted 3 elephants this month.   That makes it sound like really lots.

I am still having problems getting myself to the gym as often a I’d like (I’m aiming for M,W,F) but the work out when I get there is a little easier.  I walked a mile today in 25  minutes.   And I set some of the weights on the strength machines  a little higher.
