I am still having problems getting myself to the gym as often a I’d like (I’m aiming for M,W,F) but the work out when I get there is a little easier. I walked a mile today in 25 minutes. And I set some of the weights on the strength machines a little higher.

Another mile down. You need Brad to show you how to set up some log book side bar widgets so you can see the total distance you’ve walked so far. I find that number going up to be a good motivator.

Actually, my log is on the YMCA program FITLINXX . And I can see it add up there but we have not been able to figure out if or how it can be exported to Sweat365. Otherwise I would just have to manually enter the information into Sweat365. Maybe “somebody ;)” can help walk me through that process. But it would be REALLY neat if Sweat365 can get FITLINXX to talk to it.
