This may not seem like much to most of you but I see progress. OK so on Monday I walked .75 miles in 22 minutes and today I walked .82 miles in 20 minutes. (2.5 MPH at 2.5 incline) This is my plan.. to walk a little faster, a little farther. After the 20 minutes on the treadmill I go on to do 4 or 5 strength machines.

Wow! That’s great! Particularly considering your knee! Congrats!
I think walking a little further and a little faster each time is a great approach.

Getting moving is the hardest part. Good on you. Early goals with noticable progress is a great way to keep going. Keep up the workouts!

I love walking. I think people under-rate it as a form of exercise. Keep up the good work!
